These are some social stories I've created for varies students. It has areas insert pictures of students' friends or family to customized it to fit the needs of of the student.

This website, the Watson Institute offers great social stories for free! They have social stories about anger, things at home, clothing, friends, grades/tests/homework, health and hygiene, perservative, obsessive, and upsetting behavior, sadness, school routines, school work and class behavior, self control, sensory and other needs, sports/recess/winning, talking, teen issues, and touching things.

Another way to help students learn how to do a task is creating a task analysis for the task. When you create a task analysis you break down the overall task into small manageable chunks, or steps. When you create a task analysis you can also collect data of the steps the child completes successfully. Learn more about behavior data collection here.
